SEA Post Adoption Statement 2012 11/01/13 Perth & Kinross Council

This Post Adoption Statement (PAS) has been prepared on behalf of TAYplan the Strategic Development Planning Authority by Perth & Kinross Council in accordance to the requirements of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. This statement presents a summary of the responses received from the public consultation exercise carried out in 2010 as part of the TAYplan Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA). It also provides a summary as to how the findings from the SEA and public consultation have been taken into account in the Strategic Development Plan.

TAYplan GRIP Study (May 2011) was undertaken by the University of Manchester for TAYplan and Scottish Enterprise. It examines the possible contributions that various changes in behaviour can make towards meeting the targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions set out in the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.

017 Policy 5 Part C areas surrounding Dundee and Perth 25/10/11 TAYplan

Issue 017 covers the representations made between June and August 2011 about Policy 5 part C covering housing in the areas surroudning Dundee and Perth in the Proposed Strategic Development Plan (June 2011). This is one of 24 Schedule 4s that was approved by the TAYplan Joint Committee on 25 October 2011 and submitted alongside the Proposed Plan (June 2011) to Scottish Ministers on 1st December 2011.

Draft Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment (2010) 30/03/10 TAYplan

The Draft Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment (2010) was published for consultation alongside the Main Issues Report in April 2010. Updated versions of the Equalities and Human Rights Impact Assessment were also published with the Proposed Plan in 2011 and a final version was submitted to Scottish Ministers alongside the Proposed Plan in December 2011.
